It's the greatest!
Years ago, I used to jog a log. Now I just work out with weights. Icy Hot is a MUST for sore muscles. Works better than anything else I've tried. I use it after working out, then at bed time and again the next morning. At 73, my muscles complain a lot, so I need the best and this is it. I like the new cream better than the old paste.

Love Icy Hot cream. I use the roll-on at home but it leaks (oozes out and makes a mess on the cap) when I travel. Bought this tube so the cream stays contained. Perfect!

GREAT BENEFITS
Not sure anything helps my pain but this stuff opens my sinuses and also makes a great cat deterrent. She avoids me...I get some alone time.
