What size hole saw does it require?

You need a 44mm hole saw. the ventilator needs a lozenge shaped hole not a round hole so you also need a hack saw and some other tools. Such as: , scissors, tape, drill, 2.5mm (1/8”) drill bit, 5.5mm (7/32”) drill bit, metal file, rust inhibitor and brush, 3mm (1/8") hex key, waterproof adhesive sealant.

I've not noticed any noise when driving or when pakes. It's really quiet! It's in the back cabin, separate from the seat cabin.

Vent works only when driving.

This vent is used in a small van, it seems to work only when driving, not from wind while parked. Installation was reasonably strait forward. Delivery to Canada from England using Amazon was quite prompt.
