how do you clean these out?

You fill it with soap and water, screw on the cap and turn it upside down. The leaky cap will let all the water out.

Mine came with only one spray top. Is that a mistake? Why would I only want one spray top for two perfume bottles?

I have no idea how did that happened. I got mine in 2 white box, for black and clear bottles with cover and spray

What kind of plastic are the caps? i need to know if they’re pp, pe, etc. to determine if they’re recyclable or not.
