Chair is fine, wheels are defective
This chair is of sturdy construction and quite heavy. So far, so good. The wheels are made of lightweight plastic and I have had 6 break on me since I ordered this 4 months ago.I initially contacted the seller and they sent me some extra wheels (as I had just thought that the first wheel that broke was a defective one). However, they continued to break on me - usually when I shifted my weight to move the chair backwards or forwards. I was using it on a smooth hard plastic carpet protector. I weigh less than the specified max of 110 kg.After the sixth wheel broke, I contacted the seller again as their reaction the first time had been very helpful. However, this time I have no response to my request for a refund. Perhaps they are still investigating, perhaps they have just decided to ignore me.I'll be taking this chair down to the tip, after only 4 months of use, during which time it effectively broke 6 times!I've bought chair before with plastic wheels and not had this problem, so I just don't know what's up with it.My advice is... buyer beware!

Budget price, budget quality
This chair is cheap and build quality matches the price. Very, very brief assembly instructions for this flat pack product, just one page schematic drawing of the numbered parts. The seat cushioning has been roughly attached with staples, welding is basic, so looks cheap. One of the plastic wheel assembles broke early on, so removed all wheels and using it just sitting on its frame. The main frame has alternative bolt holes for the central bolt, which will change the shape of the assembly, but with no advice as how this might be set.I have no idea if the angle of the seat and knee rest is suitable for me, as there is no information and the point is that should people with back problems be using a seat by trial and error, to see if it suits them and how much damage could be done in finding that that the chair configuration is wrong.Bought this knowing that it was cheap and not expecting much, but just wanted to try out the concept, but I advise caution if you have serious medical problems, because there is no indication how much orthopaedic expertise has gone into the making of this cheap copy.

Nightmare to change the height
I really wanted to like this stool but I’m afraid I didn’t. It was slightly tricky to put together but an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to change the height of the stool. You have to remove one large bolt and put it into a different slot - sounds simple enough. However, because the holes in the metal framework are maybe half a millimetre larger than the bolt it is so difficult to get all the parts of the frame to match up and the bolt just won’t go in. It took me one hour to manage to change the height of the stool! And then that height wasn’t right either so had to change it again - another hour. At this point my back was really hurting and I left it in pieces on the floor. When I finally did get it to the right height (the next day), I sat on it working at my desk but had to stop after 45 minutes as it made my back hurt quite badly. The day after this I was still suffering the effects and found it hard to sit in any chair.
