Waterlogic WL-3101 Firewall Hybrid Home Water Purifier

For the past few years I've been purchasing bottled spring water due to health issues...Constant restocking and disposal of the plastic bottles was an ongoing concern and after researching numerous options I decided to try Waterlogic.The 3 stage filtration technology is impressive and the filter only needs to be changed once a year as compared to several others that require constant replacement. The filter is expensive, but calculate the cost of others over a period of 1 year and this winds up being less expensive and safer as far as bacterial growths that can occur in the others.It's operation is quiet... It's design is complimentary... But it's the convenience that makes this awesome!

I really wanted to like this Water Filter. The water tastes good and it processes it quickly.However, went to reach for water today and the red light tells me the UV light needs to be replaced. We've only been using it, lightly, for 3 months. Maybe they sold us a refurbished/repackagged one? The manual said it should last a year, and now I have to pay half-again what I paid for it to replace the light? And it won't work without it, despite having a brand new filter. At least give me the option of 'downgraded' water until I can buy a new UV light.

Waterlogic WL-3101 Firewall Hybrid Home Water Purifier works great However I have a Zero water filter on my water cooler and the TDS is Zero 0 I fill the Waterlogic reservoir with the Zero water and it comes out TDS 40 hmm. Greatest tasting water I have ever had :) I would highly recommend this water filter :)

I bought it after much research and good ratings. But after a month or so the water that comes out has a distinct taste. I tried reaching out to customer service if they can replace the filter but I am unable to contact them so far either on phone or email. No one ever responds.

We love this product. Had to stop using Brita and PUR filters because for some reason they kept drying my throat out. Water tastes great with the WaterLogic and no more dry throat.

Water tastes terrible! Ran at least 20 cycles of water, but water still has a charcoal/metallic taste.

Love this, too bad it does not dispense cold water.

The product functions well. The water does have a slight taste to it, but not one that impacts using it. My ONLY reason for returning it was that it did not meet my lifestyle of the amount of water that I drink. The container that you fill for the water to be filtered is so small that I was refilling it MANY times a day. If I was a once in a while water drinker, it probably would have been fine. It was just frustrating that I would constantly have to refill even while filling up a glass of water. If you truly are a person drinking 8+ glasses of water a day and using it for your coffee machine and cooking etc. This is NOT the product for you.
