I was hopeful this would help me feel full and not want to snack so much. It exceeded my expectations! Instructions say 2-3 capsules before meals, 2 is plenty for me as I was barely hungry for my meal. I do feel full before my meals and most of the day honestly, leaving me not wanting to snack.
