Love this brand...sprays great, smells phenomenal and I don't burn.

This spray on sunscreen is an excellent choice that I have used whenever I venture outside. It spreads smoothly and dries quickly. It does have an initial stickiness while drying, but that goes away upon complete drying. I did not experience any burns while exposed to the sun, so I am very happy with the performance of the product. Be sure to reapply regularly though!

Not the traditional scent of tan lux products! Has a very chemical scent that is not desirable..

This is a nice spray sun screen. You do have to rub it in a bit after you spray it to get even coverage, and to make sure it dries evenly, but it's a solid spray and easy to apply, and is completely clear so it's easy to apply, which I appreciate. It also smells absolutely amazing!! The bottle says it's a "luxurious sun-drenched summer scent" and I have to absolutely agree. It just smells like a trip to the beach in the best way, and it makes me want to apply sun screen just to get that scent!

I was trying to find the ingredients because I was looking for something without avobenzone. My spouse likes spray sunscreen, especially when golfing. But avobenzone gets on his shirts, especially collar and the sleeve edges, and when washed with our hard water turns orange. So, I am using it myself when wearing clothes that I don't care about. It is hard to find sunscreens, especially spray sunscreens, that don't have avobenzone. It works well. I don't know why it would adjust sun protection depending on the need. i pretty much want it at 100% all of the time. But it keeps me from getting burned and I assume is protecting my skin from more sun damage. It has not caused any irritation on my sensitive skin nor any breakouts. Ingredients: Active: Avobenzone 3%, Octisalate 5%, Octocrylene 6%. I took this sunscreen with me recently on a beach vacation, and using it honestly made me feel a little bougie. It smells really good, applies in a fine mist, and works very well. I didn't burn while wearing this, thanks to the SPF 50. I usually start out with SPF 50 and then gradually move to a lower SPF as I build a bit of natural tan, and I found that this was a perfect way to protect my skin from burning during that period of time where I have been hibernating all winter and have to ease into sun exposure very carefully. This got the job done and also smelled luxe and felt luxe on my skin. I love it.

I can't find any info on what 'photo-adaptive sunscreen' is supposed to mean. 'Solar Adept Technology' ??? It sounds like meaningless marketing. It's SPF 50. That's it. I really dislike when companies try and pull this techno babble to make their product seem so futuristic and fancy. 'Sci-tech'. Come on. This does have a typical sunscreen smell, but with something harsh/chemically in it. It is most notable right after you put it on, perhaps there is some alcohol in it as a carrier. If I used this all over, I think it would give me a headache. It goes on clear and doesn't leave a white cast. It is fast absorbing, but I have no way of knowing if enough is actually being applied, or how much of the 'absorbing' it actually evaporation of some of the carriers. The only reason for 2 instead of 1 stars is that it does function as a sunscreen. It is not waterproof, and would not trust it for extended periods, but for walking my dogs or driving somewhere (yes, you should wear sunscreen even if you are in the car) it did protect my skin. At 36$ I would never buy this, and would not recommend it. I wouldn't recommend it even if it was cheaper because companies making up fancy sounding terms for pure marketing severely bothers me. Most people are not scientifically literate enough to know when something is just made up.

I love how convenient this spray sunscreen is for on the go coverage. It sprays out in a fine mist which really helps control where it goes so you aren't spraying it all over the place like the aerosol kind. I like using this on my tattoos because I know where I'm applying it, and it's lightweight and goes on clear so it doesn't leave a white cast on them. It is also soft to the touch and feels like I'm wearing a moisturizer instead of a sunscreen. It smells heavenly, and doesn't have that sunscreen smell either. It's a light clean fresh smelling fragrance. I know that sun protection is a must have since I have dealt with basal cell in the past, so anytime I can find a sunscreen that doesn't feel greasy or like sunscreen, but still protects, it's a win for me.
