As others have mentioned, this mount is very low profile (which I wanted) so managing your wires after the tv is hung is difficult. I suggest attaching the wiring before you mount. Once mounted, the TV is tight against the wall which is the look I was aiming for! This is a very simplistic design, so there are few/no adjustments. You need to make sure you measure exactly where you want your tv before you attach the mount to the wall because there is no changing it once mounted.
