Glacier National Park: The First 100 Years

This book is a wonderful coffee table addition. Lovely photos and history of one of our beautiful national parks. Brings back memories of our visits there. I bought this as a gift. The only problem is that the cover sheet has a small rip so that was disappointing.

This book is well worth the price. Glacier National Park is my favorite place - I've been twice, and am planning another trip for next summer. I absolutely love this book. It has gorgeous pictures and well-written, comprehensive historical information about the park. If you love Glacier, this book is perfect for you. Highly recommend!

A great history of a beautiful Park

Great book. Amazing pictures! Amazon had the best price that I could find. We found the book for sale at a gift shop in the park, but didn't buy it because it was so expensive. Has a lot of good info on the history of the park.

Excellent product

We have visited Glacier National Park in Montana on many occasions, including 2010 when they celebrated their 100 year anniversary. This book is well written with beautiful photographs covering the 100 year span of the Park. It is a must for anyone who loves America's National Parks. It explains and shows the marvelous engineering of the making of Going to the Sun road, which is the road over the mountains from West Glacier to East Glacier, crossing Logan Pass. It is a beautiful keepsake book.
