I was nervous buying this product because I planned on starting Yoga and HIIT, and I didn't want to feel the hard floor when I did my routine. I love how dense this product is and how quickly it decompresses back to shape. I believe I am going to have years of use from this product without the foam compressing in and not offer any padding (I have experienced this with similar products...)I do see a very very tiny separation between the tiles when I am doing Yoga (I haven't started the HIIT yet) so that makes me nervous to see what happens to these tile when I start HIIT. I am nervous about the possibility of deeper separations forming to the point I can't bring them together... but we will see. Like I said, I am just nervous about that. I will keep this updated if deeper separations occur.The next thing that REALLY made me nervous about this product was whether it would have the quality of memory foam. Nope! This is a sturdy foam that contours to your body but decompresses quickly. I love the way my body feels while laying on this mat. It's sturdy, cushy and I don't feel the hard floor beneath me!I believe the two things I dislike about this product is I am 6'2 and the 6 tile package is 6 feet and a few inches. Either my forehead or toes hang over. I need to buy two more but wasn't given the option...And I don't like the four corners of the assembled mat. You definitely need to tape them down or secure them better. They're slightly floppyIf I had to refer someone to purchase a exercise mat, I would send them here!

Perfect and high quality. I built a platform in the back of my jeep and installed these on top for my dogs. A 70 lb boxer and a 30 lb cocker spaniel haven't even put a scratch or tear on these yet, and when I go to the beach I just hose them off.

Used these as a workout/vr room floor, everything you'd expect them to be and suprisingly more durable than I expected

These mats were perfect for my home gym. It tends to leave a dent if you leave your weights on it but thats memory foam for you. Just wish it was of harder material. Great cheap price as well.

Based on the price, I got better value than I expected. I only used it under my workout equipment though, so I don’t know how well it serves as a yoga mat.The surface area was the perfect size for a little home gym arrangement.Everything fit together well and looked nice.Unfortunately my enjoyment was short lived because this material is a cat-magnet. Within 30 days, every inch was scratched to oblivion and had to be discarded. If you have a cat, you are warned.

Pretty good for the money, the only issue is that a couple of the foam floor tiles aren’t the same color as the majority. They are a shade darker gray/silver than the rest. It’s not like a black vs white contrast, I had to double take once I noticed it, and just put them to the back wall under the exercise equipment. I didn’t have time to mess with replacement since I already needed them 2 days before I even ordered them so time wouldn’t allow me to ask for exchange. Ordered about 2 months ago. I’d buy again, IF guaranteed they would all match.

I use these under my treadmill on my wood laminate floors to keep down noise and vibration and prevent migration. I can walk or run while the family is sleeping or watching TV in the same room. Treadmill and pads have not moved an inch. Added bonus: The cats like to sleep on them too.
