Arrived quickly and the laptop is in very good condition and worked great, but the battery was low and had to be replaced. The new battery arrived in 2 days and worked great. The seller was so responsive and sent me the new battery so quick, also did a very good job in following up with me and answering my questions.

The price-quality ratio is ok. Aesthetically inside and outside is in very good condition.As cons: a couple of keys are hard to press to come out well, the webcam is of very low quality.The battery lasts a couple of hours (which is acceptable in refurbished).

I purchased this laptop to replace an old Lenovo laptop because the hard drive failed, and it just wasn't worth the expense to replace the drive and still have an old, outdated computer.I was a little wary purchasing a renewed computer, but I decided to give it a try. It had a good price, the processor speed was very good, and Dell is a good name in the computer world.It was very easy to set up, I just turned it on and followed the prompts. Everything worked very well. I have been using the laptop as a service machine, which means it is on 24/7 waiting for me or someone to tell it to do something, and so far it is working very well. Because it is always running, I did purchase a USB powered cooling tray and put the laptop on it, and it seems to help quite a bit in keeping it running at a good temperature.Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase... can honestly recommend it.

The product is not as described. The processor is 1.8ghz vs. the 3ghz description, there is no backlit, no touch screen, and the laptop body shows extreme wear and tear. I checked the CPU and GPU stress, and it was not good at all, showing problematic components. It is not worth buying. I wish there was a way to contact the seller without posting this here if there is anything they could do.

My wife needed a laptop because she will be working per diem from home, and this works with her docking station that provides her dual displays. I was going to purchase one from the big auction site, but decided to check Amazon first, and I am so happy I did ! This was an excellent purchase. I believe the laptop have never been used, there is no visible wear to the keyboard, bezel, or touch pad. There are no marks or scratches on the case. There is still a little plastic cover over the power button. It came very well packaged, a box inside of a box, the laptop was in a custom air packaging case that kept it very secure during shipping. A genuine Dell power adapter was included. It is a feature packed laptop, with plenty of ports, including a ethernet port. The backlit keyboard is both functional, and beautiful ! The best part is, no bloatware ! It comes with a fresh install of Windows11, and nothing else, none of that garbage software Dell installs on new PCs. The performance is spectacular, it's lightning fast, even after adding antivirus software and an office suite. Battery life is also fantastic. This might be the very best Amazon Prime purchase I've ever made ! Get one, you won't be sorry, and it's backed up by Prime !

Decent computer for the price however the battery is severely degraded. The laptop can only stay on 2 hours max even on energy saving mode. You would think they would replace the battery when "renewing" the laptop, guess not.

Arrived in time. Looks clean and like new. The computer specs are as per the listed ones. I have done only windows update until now. Hopefully it will work as expected.

The battery is absolutely horrible. After being fully charged it dies in less than 1 hour. This unit is supposed to have backlit keys and it does not. The speaker does not sound good at all. None of the buttons for brightness or sound work, I just keep getting odd messages when trying to use those buttons. I will try and get a better unit from this company because that is what Amazon suggested, will update after Tuesday 7/22/2025
