The product was found to be very useful but stopped working within 2 months of purchase. Purchased on 5th April 2025 and stopped working on 29.05.2025. Refused to switch on at all. But the customer support was quick to try troubleshooting and replacing it immediately when troubleshooting didn't work. Updated on 17.08.2025: The frame is cheap plastic and cracked within 2 months of replacement without any physical abuse. I was informed by customer care that physical damage is not covered under warranty. Very convenient while it lasted, but quality issues need to be addressed. Downgraded my earlier rating from 5* to 1*...

Superb product

1) battey is decent only for calling not for music 2) speakers are not designed for music listening, its works well only for sharp voice 3) mic is not so sensitive but still can catch voice 4) noise cancellation features is ok , I tried calling through sim sometimes it works good but wind noise create distrubance. 4) internet call is not good whenever i tried calling through telegram other person were saying speak louder, Even i was in quite place . 5) the ear clip of this frame hurt my upper part of ear because of hard material used near ear side of the frame 6) speaker produces 100% sound but you will hear only 50% in quite place and 40% in noisy area . And if you keep your hand on ear by covering both the speaker you will get immersive sound. And then you will realise that u r listening nothing through this speaker. 7) YES , you have to increase volume more than 60% to listen any call in noisy area. And then sound leakage will happen .which is common in open ear headset. 8) speaker position should be more closer to the ear .so that loss less sound can be listen. 9) noise cancellation mic should be placed near to the ear / speaker so that background noise can be reduced not main noise . I have used it for 4 days. And i think it works good but need little improvement so that it can become user friendly for daily use .

This is a really smart and working well, I am operating it with Alexa too. Nice speaker and microphone quality at fare price , build quality is also good, shap of glass is perfect and generic which can be fitted and liked by most. Battery life is also good. I recommend for buying this product.

First of all i like this smart glass because before didnot use this this my first time so its very useful for me especally its replace of my headphones and ear puds thats good things also during on travel by car or bike its product my eyes from sunlights , dust as well as feel free to call on important time ..... After 1 month unfortunately found battery issue immediately contact customer care they were really helped and tried to solve but it does not work due to battery backup gone at same time they agreed to replace with coverage warranty So finally i recommend this product everyone can try atleast because its looks professional and worth of cost .
