I got this headset for my hubby since his job is all phone. He gave a glowing review of his second set of Yealink headphones and he's now a huge fan of the brand. This set is the most comfortable for the top of his (bald) head, feels like it floats on his ears, and the mic has a quick and smooth up and down, muting at the same time. He appreciates the mute reminder option and especially likes the set drastically minimizes sharp or crackling noises. Unlike other headphones he has used, he hasn't had to rip the set off his head due to feedback issues. Lastly, he thinks they are underprices for the value.

This is the entry-level headset in relative newcomer Yealink's work headset series. Its big brother is the more impressive and 50% more expensive WH62. Certified for Microsoft Teams. I found this product to be very lightweight. However, it does not fit my Size 8-hat head very well, and the band is not as well padded as the more expensive unit, so there is a distinct pressure point on the top of my head when the ear cups are extended to cover my ears. What you don't get with this unit compared to the BH76: • retractable hidden mic arm. • very visible "busy" light. • better earphone padding; the BH76 Plus adds over-ear listening. • only 3 mics instead of 5, so noise cancellation will not be as good. All other specs are essentially the same. Copied from my WH62 review since there is no difference in these features/benefits: "The WH62 features 'Sound Shield Technology,' which is designed to eliminate distracting background noises. I found that it very much surpassed the noise reduction capabilities of typical business headsets or earbuds. If you work at home with the potential for barking dogs and lawnmowing neighbors or are a road/airport warrior, this may well be a very good $168 investment. It works via Bluetooth on mobile phones, computers, and specific desk phones. My tests showed that noise reduction was very impressive on the other end of the phone line; folks could not hear the background sounds I generated for the test. It's not suitable for music; it gets loud but gets distorted at high volume. The advertised 525-foot Bluetooth range is accurate (and impressive). To mute, either push the button or raise the mic boom." Oh, and another reviewer mentioned that no USB dongle is included. In fact, there is a USB-2.0 dongle in a small pouch in the fabric case. Other variations of the BH70 come with a USB-C dongle. My rating system: 5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value! 4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy. 3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised. 2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews! 1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

Im not sure what the issue was/is, but it would not properly connect to the gaming system. That was the only thing it wouldnt work properly with. You could hear, but not speak. Other than that, I love these because i dont care about the talking aspect (that means no yelling from the kids) and they are great for gaming where theres no talking, and for jobs that require headphones but no mic, unless you can get them to work!

This headset is super comfortable. I have a large head and had no problem adjusting it to fit. I have been wearing them for the past 2 hours just working on my laptop, lookig at videos and writing this review. The MacBook I am working on has a broken bluetooth card so it was nice to get the dongle with the set. I almost wrote that it did not come with one until I stumbled upon a small mesh pocket at the top of the headphone carry bag just big enough for the usb dongle - bingo! Pairing was quick and easy and works reasonably well. At first there was some weird lag and skipping in the sound while watching a music video but after I rebooted everything seemed to work fine. The noise cancelling works very well - my wife has had the TV on pretty loud about 6 feet away and I can't hear her when she talks over tv asking me questions about a toy she is assembling for our grandaughter... The buttons are easy to access and laid out logically. Overall a very nice pro-am headset for your computer that should be perfect for facetime and zoom meetings etc.
