If you are replacing your existing Dell DW375 card in your laptop, then this might work for you.If you are adding this Bluetooth card to your laptop that didin't have an existing Bluetooth card, then this won't work WITHOUT THE CABLE!Card is useless without the cable. (Generally) laptops do NOT have the cable attached (unless you already had a Bluetooth card), they are supposed to come with the DW375 card.Also, you will need the M3x2 screw to secure it to the Dell Laptop (E6420 in my case).

It came sooner than expected!! I installed this on a Dell M6600 laptop, one of the few things this laptop did not have. I do transcription and sometimes like to use bluetooth headphones so I don't have to take them off and detangle from wires if I need to get up from my desk. Installation was a very easy. Thankfully it already had the wire attached to the motherboard so I just had to plug it in. Works great. Pairing was easy. No problems whatsoever. I am very happy!!

I bought this to add bluetooth to my Dell M4500 laptop. However, unlike the Dell Latitude models I've worked with before, in the Precision model this module is so deeply buried in the laptop assembly that it requires an almost total disassembly to get to where it goes. My advice: purchase a good quality USB bluetooth adapter. Cheap and WAY easier to install and use!

It worked well for two months after the installation. More junk from we know where in the orient.
