思っていたより食べられる
健康のために、初めてオートミールに挑戦しようと思い、お米に似ているタイプのロールドオーツの、グルテンフリーのこちらの商品を購入。 オートミール30gに50～60ccのお水を入れ、軽く混ぜてからレンジ600wで1分で完成。もちもちした触感に変身。 はじめてなので、若干の臭みを感じましたが、これは食べているうちに慣れていくようです。 その日は野菜炒めを作り、オートミールはお米の代わりに食べたのですが、味が濃いものと一緒に食べると、においを感じなくなり、とても食べやすかったです。お腹にもしっかり溜まるので、満腹感もありました。 1日一色はオートミールに置き換えで続けてみようと思います。

オートミール初心者ですが、以前から気になっていてダイエットの為とグルテンフリーに惹かれてこちらを購入しました。粒も大きいのでチンしてお米の代わりにすると食べごたえがあります。 オートミールは食べにくいイメージがあったのですが、こちらのオートミールは食べやすいのでチャーハンを作る時のごはんの代わりに使ったり、お好み焼きにしたりしています。味の濃い料理で代用すると本当に本物のお好み焼きやチャーハンと変わらないです。水の量でモチモチにも米っぽくもなります。

Purchased these oats to make my gluten free crumble for my rhubarb & strawberry crumble. I mix the oats with pumpkin & Sun flower seeds, coconut oil, maple syrup & ground almonds. It is amazing. Great oats
