Are you supposed to use both pieces that are stuck to each other? I don’t understand. There are no instructions.

Yes, use both strips. The instructions say to warm them by rubbing them in your hands to soften the wax, then pull apart and place on your skin. I find that placing it flat on the counter and holding a blowdryer over it for 45-60 seconds works better for me. This way, the wax is much softer and pulls out the hair, not just the skin around it, which happens if the wax is not hot enough. Smooth the strip down, the. Pull your skin tight before you rip off the strip and pull quickly against the direction of hair growth. Good luck!

This product ripped off me skin. the area above the lip is red/black. will this scarring go away? how long does it take? what can be done to heal?

Yeah, same thing happened to me. Both sides of my upper lip (sort of above and be corners of my mouth) had skin completely stripped away. It was awful. Honestly, you may want to consult a dermatologist, however the red scarring/marks have mostly gone away after almost two weeks. I just kept my face moisturizer and did not exfoliate. Maybe try some kind of ointment such as vitamin E, or I’ve heard Mederma works well too. Sorry this happened to you too.

Adore these strips

Why pay exorbitant prices when you can use these wax strips instead. I cut them up into the general shape i want and do my own eyebrows. Moisturise a little first or you will rip dry skin off. It works perfectly, thank me later

The item does not work. I bought 4 boxes. All the wax on the strip has hardened and dried up. To be fair, I have bought this multiple times before and it has worked well. This batch is completely disappointing. It cost more to return.

My favorite was strips

Favorite wax strips I've used and I've tried every hair removal method. Least painful lip removal I've tried that actually lasts. Not my favorite for eyebrow though. I will buy again

Received after a very long wIt. When they arrived they were useless. I ended up with not just needing to get rid of unwanted hair but of unwanted wax too! Never again. I'll stick to tweezers.
