Nothing is in the Saline wash except Sodium Chloride (O. 9%). I assume sterile water is used as a carrier, but it is not listed. The advantage of the product is not so much in the content but in the high-tech spray delivery system. Good for initial blasting away dirty residue from abrasions and such.

are the contents flammable?

It's salt water and there is no mention on the bottle of the propellent being flammable.
