After leaving my initial review, their customer service team reached out to me offering a refund. I appreciate that someone on their team reads reviews and cares enough to reach out to their customers when their product didn’t meet expectations. Props to the company for this.___________________________________________________Kitsch normally has really good products but this one is ABYSMAL. if I could give it 0 stars I would. I’m actually shocked they allowed this simple product (that seems difficult to mess up) to leave their facility in this condition. Look at the photos…it literally looks like it was dragged through dirt and run over by a car. The package is supposed to be a light pink and it’s a dark grey. You can literally see the outline around the clips of the color it’s supposed to be.Now look at the second and third photo. The metal part of the clip is literally lifting off the plastic portion of the clip. And the part that you’re supposed to press down on to “open” the clasp is misaligned and smashed against the bottom leaving no gap for you to open the clip (aka the ENTIRE function of a clip). I planned on cleaning and at least using the 3 clips that weren’t separating from the plastic but now I can see that I literally cannot open the clips if I tried. Watch the video as well and you can see me pressing down on the “opening” part of the clasp and I’m 100% unable to open it.I take back my initial statement that it “looks” like it was run over by a car. It quite literally WAS. And for once I know this wasn’t even Amazons fault during shipping as it shipped with other items of mine in a packed box that arrived in perfect condition. Upon opening the box…this is the product I found inside.I don’t even have a “dirty” complete set. Just an incomplete, unusable, filthy “set” that arrived broken.Best part? I can’t even ask for a refund or exchange due to their policy with Amazon. Granted, it’s cheap so it doesn’t hurt my wallet but it’s the principle of it all and the fact I can’t even ask for a replacement. I’d have to buy another one for it to hopefully arrive in decent condition. And honestly, even for how cheap it is, it’s not worth giving them more of my money for it to arrive in any condition remotely close to this.I normally don’t write such poor reviews but this is abysmal quality control. And from a brand so highly regarding? I am even more disappointed.Don’t waste your money or time. The quality of this product is flabbergasting. So appalling to the point that I don’t want to buy any kitsch products anymore. What a great way for them to lose a previously loyal customer.

These are so cute and well made. Love the pattern. The size works well for just keeping your hair out of your face to do your makeup or eyebrow waxing. They hold well and don't slip. I have fine hair so things don't always stay the best

Cute but didn’t really pin my hair in place. It’s nothing more than plastic clamping on hair. Slipped right out.

Great product

These clips do what they say, and are truly non-crease. The mini cherry print is adorable as well however for my personal taste, I don’t wear them, but I do use them on my toddler and she loves these. They do look just as shown here and have not fallen apart at all, even after consistent use. They hold onto the hair well and do not slide off.

These clips are perfect for keeping hair out of your face without leaving any weird bends behind. They hold securely without tugging, even on thick hair, and they’re super lightweight so you barely feel them. Great for doing makeup, skincare, or just keeping your hair back while working. The cherry print is adorable and makes them feel a little more fun than your standard clips. I’ve used a lot of similar ones, but these are easily a favorite.
