Absolutely! I installed the Dremel Keyless Chuck, and only buy Dremel accessories. As for Dremel tools going to "junk", I agree with you completely. I own a Blue Hawk rotary tool and I believe it to be of similar quality to what Dremel is putting out now, for 1/3 the price. And also I use a Dremel flex attachment on my Milwaukee with a High Capacity 4.0 Ah Battery so the tool will stand up on it's own.

ALL BUYERS. You will have this problem, unfortunately the collet that comes with this is quite cheap, purchase a keyless chuck #4486 1/8, it’s all you’ll ever need
