I am shocked that people keep saying this is misleading! Yes, it is a really horrible deal because you can get it MUCH cheaper anywhere else, but not misleading. 2.3 is not .25! **Q: Can I use it before putting on nail polish** A: It wouldn't work if you put it on after nail polish, except maybe if you put it underneath the nail tip. It contains Jojoba which is the only oil with molecules small enough to actually penetrate the nail. That's why it works so well and it does work!
