How large are the capsules? Are they easy to swallow?

It is a tubular shaped capsule, approximately 7/8" long by 1/4" diameter. Very smooth and I find swallowing it to be simple. I typically swallow two at a time. However, I generally don't have a problem swallowing pills.

I was taking this supplement as suggested:2 capsules twice a day between meals. Any idea if taking with meal it will work the same?

こういったサプリの服用は初めてです。筋トレを始めて、回復が重いというか、体のダルさが抜けませんでした。サプリを服用してから、体のダルさはなくなりました。個人的にDHCの亜鉛より効果はあるかな＾＾気になるあちらの効果ですが、私はありました。

内容量どちらが正しい？

まず、届いて容器を確認したら膨張していました。ですので容器が立ちません。また内容量ですが、ＨＰ上の商品説明は500mgですが、届いた容器にシールが貼ってあり、1g（1000mg）とあります。どちらが正しいのでしょうか？
