Napoleon's Everyday Gourmet Plank Grilling

I am an avid grilling plank user. I sell a lot of grilling planks on my online store the grilling plank superstore. I also do a lot of plank cooking both on the grill and in my kitchen oven. Teddy's recipes he has included in this cookbook are truly wonderful. He has taken many everyday food items and offered ways to make them really outstanding using grilling planks. After all he is the King to the grill. If you want to stretch the outcome of the meals prepared cooking outdoors this cookbook will help do the trick. A friend of mine recommended this book to me... it arrived last week and on Sunday I tried the first recipe... I made a variation of the planked beef tenderloin (I took pork) with the smoky mashed potatos... and it was really awesome...I'm waiting now for some more planks to arrive to go ahead... I like this book!

Fantastic recipes, although I haven't tried anything other than simple plank salmon! looking forward to trying many others as some seem quite unique and simple, hardest part may be finding a source of planks,
