DONOT BUY THIS CHAIR. When the parcel was opened there were 5 places where the chair was badly torn Trying to fit the arms was hopeless as the screws were too small and in some places inaccessible to fit them. It went to the tip as could not contact the seller as it is no longer for sale.

Arrived in Two large boxes..Simple straight forward manual for assembly.. Taking my time it still took less then 20mins..For those wondering are they missing a piece...IE:(Manual recliner handle) it's under Base unit of recliner attached to pull cable.. You just need to feed the cable up to opening and fix handle in place.. And affix both side arms and push back piece into place onto bottom.. Then a matter only of affixing colour coded cables together to join too and Base for massage and heat function.. Attach control pad and plug 🔌 in away you go..Only arrived two days ago and put together just now..Reclined back in it with both heat and massage function in operation as I text.. An have to say very pleased with this purchase....
