Q: Does a booklet come with the Motr giving exercise suggestions? I'd like a clear yes or no response. Thanks so much!

Included with the MOTR are 24 (6” x 4”) flash cards attached with a metal ring. On one side is a suggested exercise with pictures, and on the reverse are detailed instructions for that exercise. There are also plenty of free YouTube videos of classes that are great.

Q: Does this have the non-slip cover included?

Yes. Everything you need all fits inside for storage. So well designed!!

Q: Does the motr come with a dvd or other resource for knowing how to use it?

Yes, and a booklet. If I’m not mistaken, you also get a year free subscription for their live classes.
