Great little keyboard
This is a great keyboard, in fact I am typing this review on it. It takes a while to get used to it. I still find myself making mistakes, but I am improving every day. The noise is nice; it's not as loud as the old IBM AT keyboards. Battery life could be better, but it's not a problem since you can still use it while it charges. Setup was easy, not as easy as the Apple keyboard, but just as easy as any other Bluetooth keyboard on the market. One thing I don't care for is the lighting effects; I haven't found a way to turn them off. Maybe reading the manual would help. Other than the lighting effects, the keyboard looks great on my desk. Would I purchase a replacement when this fails? Hopefully, I won't need to find out for a few years.

Best click for the buck so far
I have a stack of keyboards here in the office. I've tried all of them, used many of them extensively, some far longer than I'd have preferred, and there are others that I've donated, tossed or dismantled. Wired, wireless, dongled, Bluetoothed, full size, tenkeyless, contoured, 'natural', mechanical, membrane, etc., etc. This one tops all of them... for me. Opinions on a product like this are going to be extremely subjective, which is why it's so hard to go by video or written reviews. You've got to get the thing under your fingers... feel it, hear it, pick it up.... For me, the response on this is perfect. I selected the low-profile, mechanical brown switch, which isn't tactile, per se, but has a subtle, tactile-ish response, and it's virtually silent. My typing speed increased and error rate dropped noticeably the minute I started using it, which bodes well for the Backspace key. Size-wise, it fits perfectly anywhere I want to use it - main desk, computer build/repair workbench, and even on top of my digital piano when using a DAW. Build quality is extremely solid and easily the best I've seen in a wireless model. Bluetooth connectivity is completely reliable on all three of my systems (Win11, Win10 and Linux Mint). Battery is remarkably robust, given that I'm using this thing constantly - my only beef there being that getting it to a useful charge (~40-50%) takes very little time, but getting it to 100% takes a while - just have to remember to recharge overnight. The extra key caps were much appreciated. If I had one thing I could change, I'd love it if the Home key cluster were moved even just an eighth of an inch further to the right, but it's clear they designed this board to be as compact as possible, and my preference is primarily due to the layouts I'm already used to. If you're looking for RGB craziness, this isn't your choice and - remember, this is just me - I've yet to understand why anyone wants a light show sucking down battery power on a wireless device. Then again, I've been touch typing since junior high summer school and rarely even look at the keyboard, so... take that for what it is. The lighting is simple, white, with a number of selectable patterns, but I only use the 'splash' pattern, which is nice peripheral visual feedback when typing. I use a Tartarus for gaming, so I have no idea how well this works in that mode. Bottom line: in terms of value for the price, I got what I was hoping for and much more than I expected.

I tried 10 keyboards from Keychron and other brands before choosing this one.
This keyboard has everything that I wanted: shine-through keycaps, a TKL layout, a low-profile design, and mechanical switches, which are the best I've tested on any low-profile keyboard. You get a satisfying thoc with no rattle. The backlight could be a bit brighter, but it's good enough. Important: don't get the RGB version of this keyboard. The red switches I prefer are much worse, and the RGB backlight doesn't produce a white color and is quite dim.

Build quality is amazing
Amazing build quality. Banana keys feel great. Bluetooth connection works flawlessly, no detectable lag. I'm a software developer, so I'm typing all the time, 1 week usage, 8 ish hours a day, and the battery is still at 50%. It's slightly heavy due to it's metal construction, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with it. It was a bit difficult to find a wrist rest (although I did buy the Keychron Silicone one, which is very nice, but a bit too high for this low-profile keyboard). I like that the lights for caps are easily viewable. The layout is standard TKL, so that's perfect.

Misinformation on product page. Poor backlight design that is different than the product listed...
Misinformation on product page. This keyboard has a poor backlight design that is actually different than the product listed... I have been using the K3 Version 2 and I love it. I decided to buy another low profile keyboard with programmable function. After receiving the K1 Version 6, I am very, very disappointed at the backlight design. In fact, the design is totally different than shown in the product listing. To me, it is a misinformation and need to be fixed. The K1 backlight only has a tiny light outlet shining toward the north direction instead of lighting up the entire key. Basically, with me sitting and looking at the keyboard, I could hardly see any backlight coming from the K1 even with the maximum light on. The keys are also tightly fitted without gaps, allowing less light too. It is a design flaw. See the attached pictures for comparison.

maybe for others, but for me this isn't the keyboard.
I'm very conflicted about this keyboard. Although it's obviously a very high quality item, and the construction quality is excellent, there are some serious drawbacks to it. The keys are very close together, that's the first problem. It's almost impossible not to hit another key if you're even slightly off in your aim. If that were the only issue I could get over it, but then the second problem comes to bear. And that is that the key switches are insanely sensitive. Like the slightest brush against them will trigger a key press. These two issues together make for a very frustrating typing experience. Maybe people with smaller fingers or more accurate typists could use this keyboard comfortably, but I really can't and that's frustrating.
