Love spam. It's good with bread. You can fry it or if now power yoy can eat it without frying. Or too lazy to cook. Great for camping or make spam musubi. I prefer this than the light salted . Great to have for emergency. Great with rice too. Been eating since I was a kid. They say do not eat processed food. Anything in moderation.

Super all time favorite and very practical. I bought a case for reasons of convenience. Sandwiches or main dishes-the value is perfect and has been a standard for over 50yrs.

I love a Spam sandwich. Two pieces of bread, two fresh cut slices of cooked Spam and some honey mustard and I'm a happy camper. Spam is easy to cook, tastes great and fills me up. Purchasing the 12 pack of 12 ounce size cans is much less expensive than buying cans one or two at a time and will last for years in a cool, dark place.
