Product description

The Alpha Medical brand night sprint provides a regulated amount of back flexion to gently stretch the Achilles tendon and plantar fascia. Gentle stretch helps reduce inflammation, muscle constraints and other related pains. The Night Sprint is made of a durable, lightweight thin shell with a soft foam interior that is breathable It has three padded straps with buckles on the outside of the splint to ensure a secure fit and an adjustable back flexor strap for stretching the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon. Preparation
1. Use the included quick snap to remove the three straps on the front of the night sprint. Please do not loosen the back bending straps at this time.

Application
1. Place your foot on the night sprint to make sure the heel matches the sprint heel.
2. Attach the bottom strap and adjust it until it fits perfectly. Straps should be sent under the back flexing straps.
3. Keep the rest 2 straps as shown above. Adjust the strap to tighten if necessary.

Back flex adjustment
1. Remove the back bend strap and pull at the same time to adjust the back flex to your desired level. If the night splints have pain in the night, you can remove the wedge from below the toes to reduce back flexion.

Care Instructions
Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry. Do not dry clean, iron or bleach.
