Myself and a group of older friends get together and play UNO. But when it was one’s turn to shuffle and deal it was to some of us an unpleasant but necessary chore. After researching available automatic card shuffler/dealers I ordered this one for our group. The smooth quiet operation of the unit pleased us and quickly added to everyone’s enjoyment.During an evening of play one of the button remotes suddenly wasn’t working. I contacted the seller by email and received an unexpectedly quick reply. Upon hearing about the issue I was promised a replacement button. Two days later I received not ONE button but four to offset my inconvenience. A quality product followed by true customer service is a rare delight these days.

Awesome product and great fun to use. Customer service is incredible!!After having a deal issue with unit and past Amazon return date I contacted seller to explain problem. They responded immediately. The seller said not to worry and they had my back and sent me a complete new unit shipped at no cost to me (2 years warranty) I highly recommend this seller and will definitely buy from them again. Now all my card playing friends want one as well.

Amazing! With a large family, having 8 paired remotes to draw cards for individuals is great. “Hit me!” and press the number of times for cards you want.It was somewhat confusing though, that, although the remotes have embossed player numbers 1 through 12, it came with 2 sets of 4 remotes (you can order 4 more but they would also be numbered 1 through 4), each with a pointer set to 1, 2, 3 or 4 and the embossed pointer cannot be changed. However, each remote can be paired for dealing or “picking” a card by easily programming in sequence before beginning the game. Friends and family were amazed how well it shuffles and flawlessly deals the programmed number of cards to the programmed number of players, even an extra card or hand, if programmed. The directions are very clear with easy to follow programming.For someone with arthritis, it’s no longer an effort to be dealer - there is Zechnox to shuffle and deal for you and everyone else. And it comes with a really cool deck of cards to begin.

I bought this strictly for Texas holdem and have a few issues.1. When shuffling, one time is not nearly enough. However, when you try to take the cards out the bottom card is nudged in to prepare for dealing so you have to pry the card out making it inefficient for back to back shuffling.2. When dealing the machine deals the cards from the bottom of the deck and not the top3. Whem dealing with the Texas holdem program, 360 dealing is not available as an option which makes it useless for most poker tables. 360 dealing is only available for custom but then you don't get the holdem style dealing where it deals the flop, turn, and river.4. If you have a 10 person oval poker table the option to deal far doesn't work and it does not deal the cards far enough. As far as I know the dealing distance option doesn't actually do anything.5. In poker the person you deal to changes position and this requires manually selecting the position or turning the machine to face the small blindFor uno, 13. And other card games it's fine.The remotes are easy to setup and work well.

The Card shuffler was so much fun to use . It did what was in the description and it did make the game go faster. If you get one You will like it.

Great item. Takes some of the grind of shuffling and dealing out of the mix. Very accurate. Fun machine to watch!

Mine likes to deal multiple card at a time quite often. Everything else seems to work the way it is supposed to.
