I needed a pan this size that cooks well and is easy to clean, this is it.

I have been searching for a cookie sheet/tray that optimizes the space in my Breville toaster oven; however, most are either too large or too small. This is the only one that has approached the Baby Bear "just right" size. Yes, I would have preferred it to be an inch longer and two inches wider to maximize coverage of the rack. Yes, an aluminum tray, instead of stainless, would distribute heat more efficiently. Despite that, this cookie sheet comes closest to the perfect size. Its sides are straight up instead of flared so that most of the 12.25" x 9.75 dimension is usable cooking space. (A flat sheet might be even better, but I haven't found one of those in this size.)Stainless, unlike aluminum, is dishwasher-safe, so there's that. The mirrored finish makes it a breeze to wash by hand, although some tough messes will require scrubbing. I like that stainless does not give off any toxic fumes the way most nonstick surfaces will at high heat.I'm really happy with this pan. I just hope that someday Breville or this manufacturer sells a pan that more fully fills my toaster oven.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Had to replace my current mini sheet tray because it got so dirty from all the burnt marks. Love this new one because it's resistant to stains and I'm able to clean everything off easily without it looking tarnished

Good for homeschooling, or any other little ones who need to practice sightwords or spelling. Yes, I know it sounds odd, but you can use this at the table as a game. You give them a word, and they either need to spell it with letter magnets, OR they can use good old shaving cream. Our daughter prefers the latter and it is a nice fun game that way. There really isn't much to say about this other than it is nice and compact, so you don't need a ton of storage space. It would also be the perfect size for a toaster oven - just as it is advertised. It seems to be a nice weight, but I won't review its use as a baking item, as I am not using it this way.All in all it wipes clean really nicely and easily contains the mess of shaving cream for spelling as the pan is nice and deep. We love this one!

The tray that originally came with the toaster oven wasn't holding up to washing up in the dishwasher, it was losing it Teflon coating and beginning to rust. So far......these pans are cleaning up well in the dishwasher. I just wish they were ever so slightly larger. This was the closest I could get for my toaster oven.

Got this Stainless Steel Tray because it is toxic free. The Tray feels sturdy but when I put it in the oven to bake a pizza it bent.
