I did some research on whether I should be polishing my teeth at home or leave it to the dentist. Most dentists recommend that you leave it to the pros. Buuuuuut….I really love that freshly polished feeling of my tongue gliding across my teeth. I decided as long as I only do it once or twice between dental visits and don’t go crazy it’s not that bad. And I do get that smooth fresh clean feeling just like when the hygienist does it. I would never replace my regular dentist checkups and cleanings but this is nice to have. Next time I’ll get fine grit.
