Best Christmas present. Soooo lovely on my very sore neck. Be careful when filling, sometimes spits the hot water because of the air coming up. Best way, hold upright and pour slowly.

Managed to scald my entire left hand and wrist while attempting to fill this bottle. The shape makes it very difficult to fill straight from the kettle and I injured myself badly when I tried to do so. Currently sitting at home with my hand covered in burn gel and wrapped in cling film...I bought this item to try and soothe my tooth ache so this is insult on top of injury! Do not buy.

Better than a ordinary water bottle

Bit difficult to fill due to shape, so not possible from a normal hot tap. Took about 5 minutes to warm up as the cover is very thick.

Don't believe all the reviews you read about this product. It's great. Fill it slowly, and not with hot water, then it's not difficult to fill and won't burn your neck! I'm glad I took a chance. Arrived quickly. Would recommend this product.

The curve in the bottle means that the hot water spits back. I burnt my face and shoulder. I I would not recommend

I suffer from neck pain from time to time and this is great for that.Great idea.
