I drink these periodically to help with leg cramps. The potassium and magnesium aid in hydrating and supplementing these vitamins and minerals. Mixed Berry is my favorite flavor of the line, followed by Strawberry Kiwi. They are low in carbs, which I appreciate. The 20 ounce is a good size and value and is easy to consume for one beverage.

My husband works out in the heat and this is his go to drink. Great taste and works fast! It’s really hard to find in our hometown so I starting purchasing my the case from Amazon so we always have it on hand. The orange flavor is light and not too sweet. Really helps with quick rehydration after hot days. Definitely our go-to electrolyte drink.

I really find that Gatoradelyte works for me. I work outside in the Louisiana heat and these really quench my thirst and help keep me going.

I like the flavor of this but rest of my family didnt they said it tasted like salt and nothing else.

Doesn’t taste any better than any of these drinks but really helps my POTS. I keep it in the frig for sipping. Has even helped my brain as it re-hydrates.

These are so good! They are my favorite flavor and hard to find in the store. I would recommend these to anyone who likes cucumber lime. Very refreshing. I drink these even when I do not need to!
