Using the 11 Plate HHO Dry Cell I was able to get between 3 to 3.5 volts. It was good to see how a fuel cell is built and how simple they are. Very educational. Nice product.

It charged my phone good slow with iPad
Fuel cell produced 3.8volts@1amp I used it to power a USB port hooked to 3 rechargeable batteries and iPad. It charged my phone good slow with iPad. Don't forget to get hydrogen or hydrostik with one step regulator to power unit.Set at 5ml/min. Check voltage output. Using for alternative energy demonstration. So far it's doing the job
