Seems to work. First day, drank one cup with one tea bag. Nothing happened. Next day drank a cup with two tea bags. Following morning I finally got some relief. Be careful! I was using two tea bags in one cup before bed. I thought I had food poisoning! Turns out these are insanely effective and literally help eliminate guts.

This works well but do not be far from the bathroom! So glad I only used 1 tea bag! Drank this at 8pm and by 1:00 AM holy smokes! Lots of bad gas and rumbling stomach before and for an hour or two so post elimination! 10 tunes more effective and smooth move tea!
