Best Robot Vacuum in the $150 to $300 range
It's a 5. It's a 5 because it was under $200 and it actually works.I've waited months to write this review to make sure there weren't longevity problems like there have been with other brands. After about 7 months of use the worst thing that's happened is that it requires occasionally disassembly of the rollers to dislodge something the cats pulled into its path. Here's what I like:* App works, and is easy to set up* Vacuum itself works very well with the fuzz of two cats* It has kept the entire living area free of cat litter crystals* It's mapping feature is amazing. It helps it avoid getting stuck.* It was easy to set up and start using* It works on hard wood floors, and low pile carpet (haven't tried anything else)* It very rarely gets stuck* It hardly uses a charge to clean the entire living area, and since it homes itself, there's no worries about chargingAt the price-point, I can't really think of any cons.

Huge Upgrade to my trusty V1 Robot
We've had one of the first model robot vacuums from the og manufacturer which has been a workhorse for us for years! It's the drunk uncle of robots though, no bells and whistles, just your basic robot that runs into everything but gets the job done in some random chaotic pattern. Seeing this on sale and finally just going for it to see how good newer models have gotten (no more separate virtual wall lazers, a nice easy to use app, no more bumping around clumsily!, and more). Well, long story short, they have gotten soooo much better and I'm incredibly glad I gave this one a try. It's is running flawlessly, cleans very well, i love the ease of the app and setting up no-go zones, and pretty much everything else has been an upgrade. Looking forward to many years of our new bot and a cleaner, less noisy, less drunk uncle of a bot around the house. (Don't worry, drunk uncle is still getting his time in down in the basement. He's old reliable at this point and will go as long as he wants to.) This is a great vac that performs wonderfully with all the functions and conveniences I need (i haven't tried the mopping function yet but didn't really buy it for that) at an incredible price point, esp when on sale. If you're looking to upgrade like I did, it's well worth it. If you're looking at your first robot and are unsure if it's something you really need.... trust me, get it. It will save you time, knock one thing off your million item to-do list, and will soon become something you are unsure why it took so long to try.

Outstanding value, fantastic product!
This is an unbelievably impressive robot vac for the price point. For around $150 (or a little less on sale) there's nothing else out there even close in performance and quality. This was easy to connect to wifi and get set up, and the app is great. It accurately mapped my main level in about 10 minutes. No-go zones and invisible fences are easy to create, and the machine abides by them perfectly. This thing is amazingly accurate in navigation, literally to the inch. Every time it runs it covers everything perfectly and with a 100% repeatable route. I wanted to keep this off a specific area rug that is hand made thick wool, it can only be vacuumed by a non-brushroll vacuum. I set the no-go zone and this Roborock perfectly follows the edges of the rug just 1 inch away, while staying off of it every time, over and over it doesn't waver. It has never got stuck in the 20+ or so cleanings so far, and it always returns to its base to charge. Battery life is great, it finishes cleaning the approximately 1000sqft area where I use it, with about 60% power remaining, and I have it set on high (one level below max) suction. The dustbin is huge, it can go weeks between being emptied in my case. And I do not have the self emptying unit, just the base Q5 Pro. There was no need to spend the extra money for my specific situation. I can't speak to the mopping function, as I have not and do not plan to use it. No robot vac, even the $1000+ ones, can take the place of a Swiffer Wet Jet in my opinion. This thing has largely rendered my Dyson stick vac obsolete!

Let me tell you. This thing really SUCKS! (In a good way)
Let me tell you. This thing really SUCKS! (In a good way) All jokes aside I love this little bot. Only thing I don't like is the mopping feature subpart at best. But I have a small kitchen area so it's not that important to me but it would be perfect for a dusty hardwood floors. The variable vacuum speeds are awesome. It knows the difference between tile & carpet & adjusts the vacuum speeds accordingly. Easy to empty. Large dustbin & water tank. The app is the best thing about this bot. It maps your rooms & you can select which rooms you want to vacuum & you can see the bot in real-time doing the job. I would recommend & I will definitely be buying the more expensive bot with the mop upgrade when I tear up this carpet & get vinyl or tile. Haven't had any issues with the bot getting stuck or getting tangled up with cords. I have been nothing but impressed since purchasing this bot
