My husband is unable to walk and currently in rehab learning to walk with the help of these braces. The customer service should get 10 stars! We had a problem with one of the braces. The seller expedited a replacement. Awesome.

Overall, it's not a bad product. But like many of the reviews already said, you have to use the strap. It's a pain in the ass to set up initially, especially when the leg you're trying to strap it to already hurts and is hard to reach. But once it's on, it's not bad. Good support and the locking mechanisms help to keep you from over stressing your knee as you try to rehab. I work construction, so after I got it set up, it actually stayed fairly well by resting on top of tall work boots(without the strap), yay. The strap can be a pain in the neck, or the nuts, since one of the strap lugs is in the groin area. Definitely designed by a woman for a man. Cut that off, throw the strap from the outside lug over the other shoulder and your off.

This Knee Brace is a great product, BUT isn't sized to people shorter or taller. I am 5'8" and I am in the Military. Where the bottom of the lower strap sits is on the top of my Combat Boot. You should have braces sized differently to fit people of different heights. Another thing. to keep it in place, the sling MUST be used. Otherwise, it slides down the leg; It doesn't stay in place with the four straps. It does serve it's purpose.

Love it. The brace is helping me recover. The instructions weren’t really clear so I had to play around with it to make it work for me but I saved a ton over what the doctor would charge me.

Delivered promptly. Contents were as advertised. Brace is very sturdy and provides great knee support.
