Overall... durable and well fitted enough to protect phone in case of dropage. Some nitpicks.
Arrived in good condition. No instructions. The small square blue plastic piece... that's intended to be used after cleaning off the screen to pickup any last dust/lint particles before placing the tempered glass protector on phone. Did NOT include a tool for pressing down the glass protector or to squeegee out air. Look at a few YouTube tutorials. Glass protector fit well. Be sure to center on phone precisely. This matters with how case meshes up with the glass protector when putting phone into case. If not centered, where the case wraps over edge of phone screen will press down on one edge of the glass protector while the opposite will have a gap. Aesthetically, your eye may notice the screen being askew when you look at your phone. Note: cutout for earpiece is exact match. But the others for the sensors, camera lens & LED's will be slightly off-set(but still usable). Not exactly centering the protective screen may be what leads to the glass protector cracks in other reviews (either on installation or soon afterwards). Did notice a tiny bit of rainbow effect on the protector when viewed from off-angle. Not enough to obsess over.2 part case... an inner "rubber like" membrane and a snap-on "hard" outer shell. The membrane provides the primary drop/shock defense. It feels "dense" as opposed to "squishy"... but has a bit of give. The outer shell is thin and feels flimsy. Personally, I'd feel better if it was a bit thicker... but thin contributes to overall "thin" profile of the case. The shell snaps on with a satisfying muted "click". Case itself feels smooth. Not "quite" slippery... a bit better than the LG Stylo 4 plastic. But a bit more traction would be better. Case is well formed and fits the phone snug once assembled. No wiggle/looseness.Overall case is well machined. Almost too well machined. There are some edges/corners which just borders feeling "sharp" on the fingertips to sharp enough to catch your finger tip (like on the stylus port). Stylus access port work to get at pen for removal. Buttons fit & work smoothly.. Noticed opening for audio jack will restrict the larger format plugs. Don't get this case if you plan on swapping out your SIM/SD Card often as there's no case port so you'd need to completely disassemble the case (not that that's that hard... just inconvenient).Overall case feels like it's durable and well fitted enough to protect phone in case of dropage.Minus 1 star for:- Case still slightly slippery- "sharp" case edges catches on fingertips (which you can trim/sand down)- included protective glass seems to pick up smudges & oil... alot

An OK case - definitely will protect
I purchased this black case for a MetroPCS LG Stylo 4. I understand AT&T's Cricket is also coming out with the same phone with just more ram (3 gb > 2gb)... So it should fit that one, too. This is a review about a case, though, not the phone; which blows my LG G5 out of the water, loving it so far. This phone came out last week and so the case choices are limited and the reviews all seem like they're written by the people selling them, so I took the plunge and want to let you know this is a legit review for an "ok" case. It's a dual layer case with a softer flexible black matte TPU inner lining and a plastic shell snaps onto to the backside. The plastic shell has a been covered with a matte coating on the exterior facing side that is slippery and will suck up and smear oily finger juice from your toddler or french fries. I would have rather they just have left it normal uncoated plastic as it makes it difficult to grip the phone. It makes it slippery... But I've had this issue with other phone cases, too. Anker makes a case for my iPhone 8 plus that was just as slippery.A pop socket or maybe a flat magnet plate (for use with car mounts) on the outside might help with grip.If you use a magnet car mount you could potentially hide the metal plate under the plastic shell if you don't want to have that plate rubbing against your phone (a plus for this design). It also adds a decent amount of thickness to the phone. I am considering using this case without the plastic piece (i.e. just the inner TPU). When the shell is off it's actually a pretty slim case with reinforced top, bottom, and corners.I frankly don't think there are any better alternatives out there at this time since the phone is so new. Going to roll with this for now until something better comes out. The case adds a significant amount of thickness to the phone but I'm confident that it will protect it well.Edit: the tempered glass screen protector went on well and I have no issues with it so far. Feels like the OEM glass.Edit: second edit... I took the screen protector off. The protector only had adhesive on the edges of the tempered glass to affix it to the phones glass. Unfortunately for this design if you get even a tiny bit of water under the glass you are toast... It will leave a water stain or worse because it gets under the glass. I think it is a problem with the LG screen which they intentionally made curved for whatever reason. Took off the plastic shell and been using just the inner TPU. Works well.Edit: it's been two months. looks like the manufacturer is merging reviews from older cases and different phones - sketchy. I don't really like the case anymore ... i am finding it much more bulky than the other phone i carry (my work phone) and i'm actively looking for a new case.

Save my phone twice and still good to go
It was easy to put on. I've dropped my phone twice now in three years. Once onto asphalt and the other time onto tile. The first drop was from about four feet and the second from six feet. It saved my components. I did have to purchase a separate screen protector after the first drop. Both times it dropped the tempered glass screen protector cracked, but the phone's screen was unharmed.

This Case Stands Up Against More Expensive Competitors Just Fine
Have been rocking this case for over a year now and it is still protecting my phone superbly. Going to upgrade to a new phone soon, the Stylo is a bit disappointing, as the charging port and headphone jack have gone to crap and won't hold in without assitance from tape or something. But this isn't about the phone, the quality of the case is outstanding once you get used to the extra bulk. My phone still looks like it did on the first day, a couple bumps and drops later. I hope this brand is available for the next phone I get as this case is basic design but exceeds expectations.

Good Case! Screen cover can be difficult
Everything is great! I got this for my son & his only complaint is the screen cover makes it “difficult to swipe”... he then proceeded to jab at the screen with his finger like some sort of deranged chicken pecking at a worm.He has not taken off the screen cover. I fear that he enjoys the chicken behaviors. What’s a mother to do? I’ll always accept my child. My large, teenaged, maniacally peckish but violently jabbing at a phone screen son.
