TECCPO Leaf Blower Vacuum - TABV01G

For many years I have used another brand of mulcher/blowers and for many years I have had issues with the plastic impellers in them. This blower works well. It is light and easy to use, and there are a number of nice features. It has 2 speed motor. On the higher speed setting, it has as much power as any blower I've used. It's relatively easy to switch the unit to "vacuum" mode and the vacuum nozzle is large and easy to attach. Easy to dump the bag also. Love it

I consider customer service to be part of a product experience, and in this case, customer service has been wonderful. 2. I can continue using my leaf vacuum/mulcher thanks to the great customer service. Shortly after posting my review, I received a message from the seller inquiring about my review, and if there was any way they could help to resolve the problem. I wrote back, and explained that if I could have a way to purchase replacement bags, so that I can continue with my project, this would be very helpful. At first there was no response, but then I received a message from amazon stating that they had issues sending my message as there was a problem with the sellers inbox. I just ignored the message and forgot about it. But then about a week later, I received a follow up email again asking if there is a way that my problem can be resolved. The same thing happened when I tried to write back (as in the issue with the seller's inbox), so this time, I took the time find the seller, and contact them through their amazon page instead, and stated that I received two emails and feared they were not getting my responses. And that again, my problem would be resolved if I could purchase replacement bags. Next thing I know, I received two replacement bags in the mail for free! I'm super excited that I can continue my huge project. I value good customer service, so many places take your money and ignore the problems with their products, so I find it important to give credit where credit is due. In this case, my problem has been resolved without any hassle. Now I hope they either improve on their bag, or at least offer additional replacement bags for sale. And then address that plastic piece that I know will break eventually. Fix those two issues, and I'll give it a solid five stars. Original review: I decided to try this for one reason only, I needed to rake up leaves in an area where ticks are very prominent, and I decided if I could avoid contact with ticks, then that would be ideal, thus the reason for purchasing this product to clean up the leaves. Did I avoid contact with ticks? Not really, sort of. Did I clean up all the leaves? Not a chance. The bag is awful. At first it's great, but then after some use (okay, a lot of use), the bag that the mulched leaves collect into begins to tear. At first I ignored the little rip here and there, but then next thing I knew, I'm shooting out shredded leaves out the bag and it's all over me. So I went to work in sewing the little rips. After about four sewing sessions (As in the bag has re-ripped four different times now) I gave up. Instead, I held the fabric of the bag together with my gloved hands and kept working. This was actually a bad idea. The speed at which the leaves come through can cause quite a bit of pain to the hand that happens to be holding the area of the bag that is most affected by the force of the suctioned leaves, regardless, I pushed through. I paid for the tool, and now I wanted the leaves gone. No go, after about 10 uses (none of which allowed me to fill the bag fully except maybe the first), I gave up. Got out the rake and shovel, and finished that section of the job that way. The rest of the leaves (did I mention there was a lot?) are still waiting for another solution. If the bag wasn't so fragile, this would definitely get more stars, as the motor blades, although plastic, did do a good job of mulching the leaves. The weight of the unit itself is not bad, the noise is very manageable if wearing ear protection, and it almost works as advertised, if it weren't for the cheap quality of the bag. There is another major design flaw, there is a plastic tab that locks your suction tube to the motor unit. If this piece is broken, the unit won't run as a safety feature. I experienced this with the first unit I received, as it arrived broken, however, I was offered a replacement unit. While the replacement unit was fine, I don't expect the plastic tab to last very long between all the times that I must remove and reattach the suction tube every time I have to remove it to clear clogs. Of note, and this part did not reflect my decision on the two stars, as this will be the case with any brand you use, leaves that are mulched to small pieces are heavy. The bag the leaves collect into gets quite heavy, so it still requires either muscle power or frequent emptying of contents to fill a large trash bag. Invest in heavy duty trash bags, and don't expect to fill them all the way. Or your waste disposal crew will hate you.

We purchased this leaf blower vacuum as a Christmas gift for our son who has raved and raved about how wonderful it is . He has even sent photos of it and of his using it in his yard....amazed at how strong and effective it is. Then he shared his disappointment that the zipper on the leaf bag broke after 3 or 4 uses. I contacted the company and heard back within hours that they would be happy to replace the bag. It arrived within a couple of days as promised, and our son is ecstatic that he can use his gift again. He highly recommends this product, and we are most impressed with the responsive customer service we received.

Very powerful suction and blowing air flow rates. The awhiles heel is the bag. If not hold straight, which is an easy mistake to make, the leaf fragments will hit the bar fabric at tremendous speed, eroding the fabric, and within 15 minutes of use, a hole will form. For the price is awesome, but the manufacturer has to spend a bit more and provide a STURDY clippings bag. I am giving a 3 star because leaf mulching is half the equation. Asa blower works great.

Overall the product works great. The downside which made me rate it 4 stars is the vacuum bag had a hole in it. As I went to dump out the leaves I looked for the zipper and there was none but a hole instead. I cant dump out the leaves. I sent an email to the company and waiting for a response. *****Update*** I reached out to the company regarding my issue and I must say what great service they have. After a few emails of verifying the defect, the company was all to willingly to correct the issue. They didn't have a replacement bag but will replace the complete set instead. I am very impressed with the speed and customer service from this company. This is why I changed to a five star.

The blowing power of 250 mph is fantastic to get dry and wet leaves,grass moving. The vacuum attachment can be changed in less than 30 sec.Suction power is very strong, does a great job! The only challenge I've had so far is the leaf bag zipper is too week, it was damaged the first use even though I was being careful knowing zippers can be a failure point. I was able to to get the zipper to work again, but recommend ordering a 2nd bag in case of zipper failure. Overall a great product still.

We used the leaf vacuum function of this product, and it worked great - except that after only 1 use a tiny hole appeared in the bag. I duct-taped it - but that was not the end of the problem. New holes kept appearing with each use, and after perhaps 10 uses, the zipper broke and we cannot use the bag at all. We did not abuse this bag - we were merely sucking up leaves from our patio. Very disappointed; I guess we can either buy a new bag and hope for the best, or use it as a blower only, which we don't want to do. UPDATE: Company responded to my complaint and sent a complete new leaf blower - a very nice gesture! However, in spite of extra precautions (such as storing it separately in a plastic bag, keeping it away from bushes, et.) the bag tore again! But we did discover one thing: CONTACT CEMENT PLUS DUCT TAPE WILL MEND HOLES. Duct tape alone won't do, as the bag is somewhat porous and dust blows through, which coats the adhesive on the duct tape, causing it to fall off. However, we've had success with contact cement plus duct tape. ASHTMATICS - because the bag is porous, you should wear a mask when using to avoid breathing dust that blows through the walls of the bag.
