I am SO impressed!!! I was a little hesitant to buy this because I’ve seen mixed reviews, but this is by far the best lip stain I’ve tried, and I’ve used 3 or 4 different brands before this. I have been trying to use less toxic makeup and took a chance on this because I didn’t like all the endocrine disrupting fragrances and dyes in the brand I was previously using. This stain lasts all day, a little goes a long way so I don’t need to use much product, and unlike other lip stains I’ve used it doesn’t dry out my lips or settle into cracks when my lips get chapped throughout the day. If you’re on the fence about spending $30 on a lip stain trust me when I say you’re getting your moneys worth with this product.

I don't wear lipstick for many reasons...I think it looks kinda silly, I am allergic to most of it, I always end up eating it...and so on but as I am getting older myblips are fading as I imagine happens to a lot of womenso I yhought I would try a tint. Love this. Love this . Love this. I put three tiny dabs along the bottom lip and use a cotton swab to spread it around. Smack my lips together and am set for the day. I love that there is no shine, no gloss, no goop. Just lovely color. I could use more for an impact if I wanted but I love that it can be subtle too.P.S this is not a lip gloss just color so put some moisturizer on before applying and you are good to go.

Finally! This is the lip/cheek stain I have wanted for years and years. My everyday makeup look uses a lip/cheek stain, which 90% of the time is a shade of red. I've used Benetint for 20 years, but it's never been the exact color I wish it was; it's too pinkish. I've tried countless other lip/cheek stains, with the same result...they are lovely, but not that "red red" that I want. Joy is labeled as a "cherry red". Most of the time "cherry" red seems to translate to "dark purple red" which looks unflattering on my skin. This stain does not have dark red tones. I worried that Ere Perez "Beetroot" stain would come out the color of beet juice (which is a gorgeous color; just not what I want). It doesn't! It's like Ere Perez customized the color I wished for! To me this color looks like the juice in a jar of bright red maraschino cherries. It's the color of Grenadine liqueur (Pomegranate) held up to ligh,t so the darker tones disappear (Pantone 17-1558X). This stain is made with rose hips and beetroot, and my skin definitely, overwhelmingly brings out the color of the rose hips in this tint. I LOVE it! The texture is liquidy, but not so thin that it spills out of the rollerball, and not so thick that it comes out in blobs. It has a smooth, thin syrup constency that feels moisturizing and soft. It has a sweet taste of Agave Nectar! Great innovative product at a wonderful price! Arrived the day after I ordered it.

use very little for pink tint, a lot for red

This product of pretty great considering it has minimal and natural ingredients. The only reasons for 4 stars is because the color is a bit more berry colored and less warm toned than I thought from the description and picture and I feel like it could use more glycerin or jojoba oil or something to give it more slip when used as a cheek tint because the product tends to absorb fast where you put it which makes it hard to blend at all. I’ve goin found that a wet sponge aids in application. A little goes a long way on the lips too. My picture is one application after a full day of work and a salad and chicken tender lunch. Stains lips well!
