I gave some to two friends. One rubbed some on a sore wrist, after a minute of two, she said "my goodness ,it feels better already". The other pretty much said the same about a sore elbow. I use it on toe joints to eliminate, and lessen toe cramps , and calf muscle cramps. Thank the bees for all their work. This balm is great!!!

The jars are tiny. The stuff smells nice and goes on easily but doesn't do anything at all that I can tell. The ads are totally outrageous and I didn't expect much so I was more amused at my stupidity than disappointed. I would recommend against buying it and will not reorder.
