Glass broken in 2nd Shipment, so disappointed on my subscription delivery. Product is amazing, but shipping in soft bag envelope left the product unusable. Now I am afraid of ordering again, because it isn’t refundable. Easy to use, tastes great, face seeing less signs of aging. There really should be a warning on this product about the fact that it has niacin in it and it can cause horrible hot flashes. I took it for a week and wondered why I was experiencing night sweats and hot flashes that I haven't experienced since menopause. I finally figured out that it didn't contain the non-flushing Niacinamide but the heat-inducing niacin and suffered needlessly. By the way, if you're not happy with this product, you can NOT return it.
