This is my first time using this product . I love the taste, the energy that’s give you , if you use it to work out it will give you more energy to keep going , I drink it while I’m doing my work out . Recommended

I found this to be a good multivitamin. The directions called for taking two capsules a day, so there are 30 servings per container. My jar lasted a bit longer, since I only take one capsule per day for 3-4 days to see if I react, if I don't, then I take 2 per day. I'm happy to say this seems like a good multi. I didn't notice and unpleasant taste, flavor or aftertaste. I did not have any GI issues. I waited to review this until I finished the jar. It seems like a good vitamin, but I didn't notice an increase in my energy or any difference really. My energy level pretty much stayed the same. I rated it fours stars, since I tolerated it well.

This comes with a thirty day supply and I like to take this 30 minutes before a workout. The instructions say to take 4 at a time and I like the taste and texture. I feel like this helps me during a workout. The seller doesn't show the ingredients and this has bright blue and carnauba wax in it. Carnauba wax is usually considered generally safe to take and I'm not sure what the bright blue is supposed to be. You should ask a doctor if you are under 18, pregnant, nursing, taking any prescriptions or over counter drugs and if you are taking blood thinners before taking this. Overall I like this but am unsure about a couple of the ingredients.

Non binary edition vitamins are not gender specific. If you want to get the best results choose wisely.

Easy to swallow multi vitamin tablets but you do have to take two a day. Lots of good supplements for over all health.

My family members balk at many multivitamins because of the odor and flavor. I'm used to that myself, but I can sympathize; many multis do have a strong odor and flavor which is a little unpleasant. I'm very happy that these are odor and flavor free. I like the basic combo of vitamins and minerals which does not include iron; I prefer not to take iron supplements. I also appreciate the choice of herbal additions. I'm glad to have found this product, which could become a family go-to.
