Just an FYI for those that do not know, the extra space in the container is required for filling (headspace) otherwise there would be a giant mess when filling, then it settles due to movement. I've been a long time user of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Powder. I like the double rich chocolate. I like to skip lunch so I need something that will stay with me through the day. This is great stuff! One scoop lasts me from breakfast to dinner. I like almost everything about this stuff. I don't understand the reviews about hard to blend. It is harder to mix than whey protein, but I shake vigorously and it blends completely. I suspect people don't like the thick shake that results, but I find it more like a milkshake and love it. There are also reviews about it being too sweet. I could agree with those. For my taste, I'd like a bit more bitter chocolate flavor and less sweet, and actually the only reason I don't give it five stars. It is more expensive than whey, but worth it for me.

It’s chalky but the taste isn’t too unpleasant when blended with milk. The aftertaste is not my favorite, but if you add PB2 it really helps mask it. Keeps me super full so I resist the urge to snack as much. It hasn’t upset my stomach at all.
