ESR 3 Pack for iPhone Duo Screen Protector, Armorite

I recently discovered that the Belkin protectors you purchase with your phone at the apple store aren't as simple to get replaced as I was initially led to believe. Not only does it cost $10 when you need it replaced, but you can't just pay the $10 at the apple store and get it installed. You have to order it for $10 directly from Belkin and then take in person to the apple store to get it installed. This might not be a big deal for people that love close by, but the nearest apple store to me is three hours away. I'm pleased to say that ESR has come to the rescue! $20-ish for a 3 pack may not seem like a bargain compared to other brands on Amazon, but for the quality and included installation hardware, it is quite a good value. The instructions are good. Everything is numbered. While not the simplest kit I've ever purchased to install screen protectors, it is definitely not going to be difficult for most users. My first mistake was not pushing down the screen adhesive assembly hard enough onto the retaining tabs. The first attempt was an utter failure. Learn from my mistakes! The adhesive assembly with the glass slipped out and ruined the first protector. Lucky for us, we get THREE! 😀😀 The second attempt went flawlessly. The little soft paddle easily massaged the bubbles out. The fit and alightment are PERFECT. The clarity and feel of the glass are on par with the screen. The glare and reflection reduction is minor but appreciated. I can't speak to long term durability, but for fun I tried to snap the glass that I messed up in half. I pushed WAY harder than I expected without it breaking. At least when new, this glass is STRONG. 💪 So far, I'm extremely impressed with the package, the instalation methods, the included accessories for cleaning and installing, and the overall appearance. I would absolutely buy this kit again, and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been using ESR cases with great success so I’m trying their screen protector for the first time. I was drawn to the easy application process using the included applicator. The box includes everything you need for installation from start to finish. It comes with 3 protectors making it a good value for the money. Because this was the first time I used this type of applicator, I did my thorough research first to make sure I don’t make any mistakes. I found out that the process itself was very simple. Clean iPhone’s glass with alcohol provided. Let it dry for a couple of minutes. Remove any remaining dust with the dust remover (Tape) provided. I use a small flashlight to find every single dust left. Install the screen protector on the applicator “Case” and make sure the two tabs at the top are firmly pressed down so the screen protector doesn’t move when you pull on the tab. Remove the screen protector’s plastic “Sheath.” Place the iPhone on the case with the front facing down. Close the case cover and put a little bit of pressure on top. Pull the tab with an even pressure, in one direction, without moving it side to side. Leave the iPhone in the case for a couple of minutes. Then, remove the iPhone and gently squeeze the remaining bubbles around the edges if any. I had a few but I didn’t even have to use the “Squeegee” to remove them. A minute later and the iPhone looks with the screen protector looks perfect. Regarding the size. I just read some of the negative reviews mentioning how the screen protector is smaller than the iPhone’s screen. I will have to agree that the black border isn’t for everyone. The border will eat a micro amount of real estate from your iPhone. But you have to be extremely aenael to be bothered by it. It didn’t bother me. Every screen protector I’ve bought has the black border. It just looks better to me. The screen protector is slightly smaller than the iPhone’s screen to accommodate the majority of phone cases in the market. I’m using ESR’s clear case on my phone and the screen protector’s edge is perfectly aligned with the case without the case’s edge pushing up on it. So make your own decision whether or not to buy a screen protector with a black edge. It might just drive you nuts if you’re worried about losing a millimeter of screen real estate. ESR markets this screen protector as AR - anti reflective. I don’t see see any anti reflective coating on it at all, but at the same time it’s not super reflective. The screen is still very easy to read even when there is a bright source of light behind me. The screen protector itself is very good quality and super clear when applied properly. It’s highly responsive to touch and feels just as slippery as the iPhone’s own screen. I can’t comment about its durability and honestly, reading through the negative reviews scares me a little. I’ve used a different brand screen protector the past few years and it took a lot before those screen protectors cracked. I’ve dropped my previews iPhone with those screen protectors while riding a bike at high speeds when my iPhone decided to take off and landed on the ground, skidding for more than 5 feet on asphalt. The case was scuffed, but the screen protector was still spotless. I will have to update this review if and when I drop my new iPhone and the ESR screen protector cracks. Overall, I’m inclined to give it 5 stars because I’m fully satisfied with it. The only very minor issue is the AR or lack of it based on the product description. But it doesn’t change how I feel about the product. I’d recommend it to anyone who wouldn’t mind having a think black border and who uses a case daily, specially those highly protective cases.

I put this on an iPhone 17E today. It worked great. Has everything you need and a very good application of the screen. I was impressed with how easy it was and how well it was documented. The online video cleared up a few questions prior to use. It fit the phone perfectly and took one try to get the screen applied using the provided casing. Pull the tab and the protector is on with zero bubbles. It was so good I didn't realize it was on at first! Great product!

ESR made the installation process about as easy as it gets. The alignment tool took the guesswork out of applying the screen protector, and I ended up with a perfect fit on the first try without any dust or bubbles. The glass feels smooth and responsive, just like the original screen, and I haven’t noticed any loss in touch sensitivity or display quality. It also fits well with my phone case, which is always a concern with tempered glass protectors. Getting three protectors in the pack adds a lot of value, especially if you ever need to replace one down the road. Overall, this is a quality screen protector that’s easy to install and gives me confidence that my screen is protected. I’d definitely buy it again.

I opened the box, checked the contents, and skipped the spudger entirely. For the first time in my life, I had zero bubbles and no dust on the first try. That has never happened before. Ever. I didn’t have to peel it back and try again, I didn’t have to do the tape trick, and I didn’t find a mystery speck halfway through. Honestly, it was so easy I almost didn’t trust it at first. Even better — my girlfriend, who usually spectates and provides color commentary like, “Good thing you’re not a surgeon” or “Remind me not to let you near anything fragile,” didn’t even notice I’d done it. That’s how clean the install was. Silence = success. Daily Use: Invisible, in the Best Way It’s been less than 24 hours, but I’ve been using the phone nonstop — typing, scrolling, swiping, Face IDing — and the protector hasn’t made itself known once. No weird texture, no dullness to the screen, no change in response time. It honestly feels like the phone never had anything installed. I’m picky about screen clarity. If it adds glare or makes the screen look even slightly hazy, I notice. With this ESR protector, I don’t. It’s like glass-on-glass. The coating does a great job minimizing fingerprints too — noticeably better than the bare screen ever did. I haven’t dropped the phone yet (knock on wood), but based on the feel of the glass and how solid it sits on the screen, I’d be surprised if this thing didn’t hold up. The edges are smooth and low-profile — no sharp rim, no lifting, no snagging when I slide it into my pocket. I’m mostly in office environments, but I do hit the gym daily, and I’m not worried about it holding up under normal (or clumsy) use. The Value: Triple Win You get three protectors in this pack, which is great considering how easy it was to install the first one. I don’t think I’ll need the other two anytime soon, but having spares means peace of mind. You don’t have to ration them like gold — use them when you need them, without worrying about botching the install or running out. And if you're the “tech support” person for friends or family, this is the kind of kit that makes you look like a wizard. The tray makes it basically foolproof. You could probably talk someone through it over FaceTime without breaking a sweat. Final Thoughts: If you’ve ever been disappointed by: Cheap protectors that peel up, Install kits that overpromise and underdeliver, Or judgmental stares from significant others mid-install… …you owe it to yourself to try this ESR pack. I didn’t have to fight bubbles, I didn’t have to wrestle with alignment, and for once, I wasn’t the subject of post-install roast sessions. This is the first screen protector I’ve ever installed that made me want to leave a review — and not because something went wrong, but because everything went right. ESR nailed it. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I was skeptical that the scheme to attach the protective glass would work. I was very surprised that it worked as well as it did. The screen protector went on straight and there were only a couple of small bubbles near the edge that need to be dealt with. The included tool to work out the bubbles is a step above the typical plastic piece and did a good job. This is without a doubt the easiest to use screen protector installation tool that I have used. I will buy this brand again.

I have been using various screen protectors for years and this was by far the easiest one to apply. I recently upgraded my phone to the 18pro and the screen protector I used to get for my previous phones inhibited faceID from working so I tried this one and it works! So far it’s very clear and smooth and so far fairly resistant to finger prints.

I really wanted to love these screen protectors because ESR got so many things right, but unfortunately I have now gone through two of the three protectors because of the same issue. First, the installation system is excellent. It is probably one of the easiest screen protector installations I have done. The process is quick, alignment is effortless, and most importantly, I did not end up with lint or dust trapped underneath the screen. That has always been one of my biggest frustrations with installing screen protectors, so kudos to ESR for making the process this easy. The clarity is also excellent. Screen clarity matters a lot to me and I do not notice any meaningful loss in display quality with this protector installed. The glass feels smooth and premium as well. I also really like the rounded edges and black border. Once installed, it blends nicely into the phone instead of looking like an obvious piece of glass sitting on top of the display. Unfortunately, the problem is adhesion. I have now installed two protectors from the pack and experienced the same issue both times. Portions of the outer edges will not completely adhere to the screen, leaving a visible white or frosted-looking line around parts of the perimeter. I have repeatedly used the included tool and applied pressure to these areas, but they eventually lift back up. I have attached photos showing what I am seeing. I actually removed the first protector thinking I may have done something wrong during installation, even though everything else about the installation was nearly perfect. After installing the second one and getting the same result, I am much less convinced this is an installation issue. It seems like either the adhesive near the edges is not strong enough or there may be an issue with the protectors in my particular pack. That is especially frustrating because otherwise this would be one of my favorite screen protectors I have used. The installation system, clarity, feel, fit, and appearance are all very good. ESR has made the difficult part of installing a screen protector incredibly easy. Now I just wish the edges would adhere properly the first time and stay that way. I still have the third protector, but after getting the same result twice, I am hesitant to waste the last one. If ESR can resolve the edge adhesion issue, I would gladly update my review because almost everything else about this protector has impressed me.

Favoloso, comodissimo da applicare. Non sembra neanche di avere lo schermo protettivo. Ottima qualità, lo consiglio a tutti. Avevo già uno schermo protettivo applicato al cellulare di questo negozio, ha protetto il cellulare in maniera eccelsa quando è caduto, per questo ho ricomprato da qui.
