Magnesium and Ashwagandha drinks seem to be the trend of the year for reducing stress from cortisol and regulating sleep. Some people will even go as far as saying that it indirectly helps to reduce fat storage that causes puffiness due to the reduction in cortisol, but I haven't used it long enough to notice that effect in my own body, apart from whatever weight loss could be confounded by my new exercise routine.This drink, however, has definitely become my new favorite night cap because I find that it has helped me fall asleep faster. I do feel a bit more tired in the mornings, but I'm not sure if that is significant enough to be a dealbreaker, but I'd much prefer solid sleep over feeling a little drowsier.The flavor at first is not so great unless you are used to drinking stevia, but it does get better with copious amounts of ice and just a few days to get used to the aftertaste. After about a week of trying really hard to make this a daily thing, I actually look forward to drinking it because of the taste and how refreshing it is.

These are actually really good! The flavor is very mild, but mild is good, we want mild , it’s no complaint considering all the weird powdered-drink mixes I’ve tried lately. I’ll drink this happily every day.Do I feel more mellow? I think I do. Granted, this is also packing Ashwagandha, so you maybe want to look into what a safe dose is for you on a long or short-term basis.

Genuinely this ultracalm drink is a scam. I have been drinking it and have not noticed any difference in mood, sleep, energy. I feel like I’m just drinking juice.

This drink mix is bright red and looks like fruit punch. The flavor is very mild. The package says it’s supposed to be raspberry lemonade flavored and the Amazon webpage says that it’s mixed fruit flavored. It definitely tastes fruity. It’s enjoyable to drink, but I can’t really say that I noticed any calming effects with use. It has a lot of vitamin D in it, which is a good supplement for me to take in winter living in the north. I have been happy with this drink mix.
