Great for folks who can't have caffeine and need to work against kidney stones. The flavor is cherry but not a strong flavor.

It’s alright! The flavor isn’t the best but that could be a personal preference. I also didn’t feel super hydrated afterwards. I would recommend it for those who don’t like to drink just regular water.
