I bought these magnesium tablets to help with my nerves, muscle recovery and overall well being. I bought the glycinate over the stearate because after careful research I found that the glycinate is more hormone friendly. I've been going to bed earlier and having a more rested feeling even if I don't sleep a full 8 hours. The size of the capsules don't bother me at all I would suggest blending in a smoothie if you have that issue I take no more than 3 in a day. Great product!

My adult ones were just too much, so I switched to these kids dosage.

I highly recommend the Surebrand mag pills for sleep purposes. I take a couple of magnesium glycinate pills an hour before bedtime and I get super-relaxed and drowsy. Afterwards, it’s easier for me to go to sleep.

I take magnesium for leg cramps. The pills are so large I have to cut them in half to swallow them. Very annoying!

I got these for my 9 year old who was needing some extra magnesium (everyone can, honestly) and he takes them with no problem at all.

I believe this is helping me sleep better at night & I will keep taking it !!
