You should not use the product inside your mouth as it is designed for external use only - applied top the lips. If you have sores inside your mouth you may be better considering a product like Bonjela.

Q: How do you open the tube ?

Remove the cap. Flip the cap over so that it is facing the tube and push the cap back onto the long hexagonal plastic protrusion on the end of the tube. When the cap is fixed onto the hexagonal protrusion, give the cap a twist and tube will then be opened. Thank you. Herstat Customer Support.
