The network does not work, sim does not get detected, trying to return it or replace it with another brand product it does not give any option of return, only exchange possible, after seeing reviews it seems that amazon is misleading and fooling customers, need to take this to consumer court, need to take screenshots and place in mail. The phone is useless, we should atleast get an option to replace it with some other phone instead of getting the same phone and same issue, It's a waste of time for you and us. Please understand

I love the product. It doesn't have ear p piece but i don't think you will miss it. Network connectivity for me is good no issue . Sound is good look is good. Wish its keys were more sturdy they need a little refinement. Camera is also bad with they charged us a little more and get us a good camera and high res screen. Maybe the jack also doesn't support high bit audio quality. If hmd can improve all of this in new iteration along with no bloat and hotspot feature with 4g my next upgrade would be worth it

Phone is good, sound.. very loud but earpiece not working... this is privacy issue

After searching, I found this phone to be launched recently. But, what I found that, it is unable to hold the network. Network connectivity is very poor. Calls are not connected or when connected do not continue. Sound is not clear. Phone lock is not working properly. Three times it has happened that, while I am trying to place a call, the phone is switched off. At this price range, it is very bad phone.

Phone quality is good, performance is same as old keypad mobiles. Sound is okay okay can’t expect like old Samsung keypad phone, battery life is good looks are also good. Microphone quality is okay

Phone looking very good, sounds quality very loud, but front calling earspeakers Not working, all call sounds through back speakers

After receiving the phone it is not working. However there's replacement Warranty of 1 years. But Amazon is deninig and advise me to connect with manufacturer. As 5th Sep 25 M/s HMD has not replaced the item. Both Amazon and HMD is harassing last 10 days. We could not use the phone. Don't buy this phone from Amazon. They cheating with the innocent customer.
