The heat of the steamer is excellent. You choose the heat setting by determining what fabric you are steaming. It works quickly and the ironing board is helpful for sleeves and pants. Be careful when you remove to re-fill. The lock will drain out. Placing a towel under the unit avoids water damage to flooring.

The clothes steamer is wonderful. It heats up super fast. It does not leak water. I don't mind steaming either already dry clothes or wet clothes after removing them from the washing machine and placing the clothes on clothes hangers. I do not use spray starch or anything additional on the clothes. Please just be sure to use only distilled water in the machine. I find steaming my garments to be much faster than ironing clothes. I really do not like to iron clothes.

It is simple to assemble and has various settings that work well with the different clothing materials. However, the hose kinks easily when heated, and the flow of steam is cut off. I am unable to use it in the lower table top method because of this. If not for the hose, I would give it 4.5 stars.

Good but uncomfortable to use

Bought it nearly three months ago. The hose is exposed and the handle is very hot.

After about two months of regular use, which is about once a week, this hose portion has become exposed. It has been rendered unusable and I don’t see any way to repair it myself…. **Update** Even though I had passed the time window to return the item the seller took the time to reach out to me and offer a solution. I was refunded the total amount for the item and I purchased the new version which had improvements made to address the issue I previously had. I am very satisfied with the customer service and final outcome.

Really like this steamer. This is the third one I’ve owned and so far it’s definitely the best, even though it’s less expensive than the other 2. I like the table accessory and the steam head doesn’t leak like so many others do. I really love that I can turn it on and off with my foot. The water resovoir is really big so the steam lasts a long time! I use it in my vintage clothing boutique so it gets a LOT of use on a lot of delicate garments. Highly recommend.
